Hey! We've opened our very first Airpaq store – in Hamburg's HafenCity. And we need you to help us bring the vibe to the streets 🚀

As a working student or part-time sales assistant, you are our face on site – you represent Airpaq & Mission Earth, help customers, make the store look nice and bring sustainable products into sustainable hands.

Who we are

We are Airpaq – a sustainable start-up from Cologne that transforms old airbags and seatbelts into new favorite products: backpacks, bags, accessories – durable, urban, stylish. Together with Mission Erde, we want to reach even more people who want to make a difference through conscious purchasing decisions.

For almost 7 years we've been upcycling what others would throw away. We're now a team of 16 motivated individuals – and Hamburg is our next milestone 💥

Your tasks in the store

• You are the contact person for our customers on site – friendly, open & helpful
• You know our products and enthusiastically tell their story.
• You ensure that the store looks tidy, appealing, and ready to go.
• You support your team with all tasks that arise.

What you should bring

• Do you have experience in sales or are you interested in getting a taste of the retail industry?
• You are interested in sustainability and can identify with Airpaq & Mission Earth.
• You are open, friendly, and enjoy customer contact.
• You work independently, reliably, and have a quick grasp of concepts.
• You speak fluent German and English – any additional language is a plus.
• Excel is not new territory for you.
• You have 15-20 hours per week – ideally for a whole year.
