Our products are manufactured from original airbags, seat belts, and other automotive components. The materials are unused, extremely robust, and designed to meet the highest safety standards.

An Airpaq is not a mass-produced item, but rather a product upcycled from high-quality materials and manufactured under fair conditions in Europe. A lower price would mean compromising on quality, materials, or fair production – and that's out of the question for us.

Our products are manufactured in close cooperation with a family-run business in Romania. Being located within the EU allows us not only to promise fair working conditions, high safety standards, and short delivery routes, but also to personally guarantee them.

Our backpacks are water-resistant and can easily withstand rain and everyday use, but they are not completely waterproof in the sense of dry bags – so they are ideal for city use and travel, but not suitable for submersion.

Yes! The airbags and seat belts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before processing. Furthermore, we only use unused airbags that have never been deployed in an accident.

Most dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, you can use a mild soap solution. The products should not be put in the washing machine, as the drum could be damaged during the spin cycle.

We ship free of charge, plastic-free and CO₂-neutral with DHL GoGreen – within Germany usually in 1–3 working days.

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days. Return shipping (approximately €6) is not free – this encourages conscious consumption and avoids unnecessary strain on the environment and our shipping team.

Delivery of goods takes place within Germany within 1-3 working days, within the EU within 6-8 days and for deliveries outside the EU within 30 days after conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays .

If you order multiple products with different delivery times, we will send your order together on the later delivery date. If you would like to receive the products separately, please send us a message after placing your order.

We want to reduce the "just ordering something to look at and then sending it back" mentality, as this creates a significant carbon footprint. Think carefully about each order – together we can reduce unnecessary transport and make the planet a little bit better.
• Transparent pricing: Nothing is truly "free," and that includes "free" returns. Often, these costs are already included in the product price. With us, you see exactly what you're paying for. Instead of hiding return shipping costs in the price, we separate them. This way, you only pay for what you actually receive.
• Support for us as a small business: Returns cost us a lot. Every return avoided helps us to keep our prices fair and stay true to our sustainable philosophy.

Another point to consider: Returns not only incur financial costs. They consume resources and generate waste. Packaging that can no longer be used, or products that can no longer be sold, place an additional burden on the environment.

You have a 30-day return policy – ​​so test your Airpaq completely risk-free.

Furthermore, we offer a 2-year warranty on our products. Should something break, we will try to repair it first before offering a replacement – ​​that's sustainability in practice.

And if something is beyond repair, we resort to our Circular Return program : You receive a voucher for a new product, while we return the old materials to the cycle.
